Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in technology from a reputed institute with 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in full stack development using ReactJS with Python/Java/.Net.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres/SQLMI) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Cassandra.
• Experience deploying Azure services and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Artifactory/Terraform/Cloud Bees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for IT leaders and stakeholders.

About this role:

Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Web based applications and services
• Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
• Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
• Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
• Documenting and review detailed design
• Be able to work in teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Be able to innovate and showcase new approaches to improve efficiency
• Be able to work in a globally distributed team in an Agile/Scrum approach

What you’ll need:

Must Have

• Graduate or Postgraduate in technology from a reputed Institute having 7+ years of experience in the software development field
• Full stack development experience of using ReactJS with either Python/Java/.Net.
• Experience working on Relational databases (MySQL/Postgres/SQLMI) & Non-Relational database like MongoDB, Cassandra knowledge
• Experience in utilizing & deploying Azure services (App Service, Blob, Azure AI Services, etc.,)
• Experience of CI/CD using Jenkins/Artifactory/Terraform/Cloud Bees
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to IT Leaders and business stakeholders

Good to have

• Exposure to cloud administration & management would be a pluS.
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Cloud Bees) & pipeline development would be a plus.
• Exposure to low code application platforms like Microsoft Power Platform would be a plus
