Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-8 years of software development, with 4-6 years in lead/senior role.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or C#; experience with conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations is desirable.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience in developing conversational AI bots using frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar is a plus
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
