Job summary

Allwyn Corporation in Bengaluru (MG Road), Karnataka, is seeking a Lead Software Developer (C++) to drive design and development of high-performance applications in a Linux environment. You will lead multi-module systems, implement C++17/20 features, and collaborate across teams in a SAFe/Agile setup.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong networking and devops tooling knowledge (Git, CMake, Conan, Docker, Kubernetes), with a hybrid work model and a 12-month commitment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C++ with object-oriented and component-based design.

• Strong experience in Linux (Ubuntu) development and debugging.

• Familiarity with software configuration management, defect tracking, and peer review processes.
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to commit to a 12-month project minimum.

Location: Bengaluru (MG Road), Karnataka

Work Model

• Hybrid (3–4 days from office, 1–2 days remote)
• Monday to Friday
• Indian holidays observed

Role

Lead Software Developer ( C++)

Work Hours

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

This schedule ensures overlap with our US-based engineering team until 12:00 Noon ET.

Required Qualifications

Telecom experience is good to have.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ with solid object-oriented and component-oriented design principles.
