Siemens Healthineers AG in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled software engineer focused on C++ and system software. You will work on multithreaded, IPC-based modules within a regulated environment, contributing to design, implementation and quality initiatives.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions, while adopting CI/CD practices and performance optimizations.

Formación

• Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and object-oriented design.
• Experience in OS and system software development with multithreading, IPC and synchronization.
• Lead requirement analysis, design, development, debugging and delivery of complex software solutions.
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, build and test automation.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred; excellent problem-solving and communication.

• Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and Object-Oriented Design/Programming (OOPS).
• Strong experience in Operating Systems, system software development, including multithreading, IPC, synchronization, and performance optimization.
• Lead requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, and delivery of complex software solutions.
• Drive technical reviews, software quality initiatives, and engineering best practices while actively contributing to code.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Healthcare, Defense, Aerospace, etc.) is preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, build and test automation is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
