Blend is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and a cloud data warehouse. The role focuses on ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and cloud data engineering within an agile environment.

You will work on Pipelines with Matillion, Snowflake data warehouses, and Python scripts, while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Strong SQL and AWS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Matillion, and Snowflake.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Strong SQL skills with query optimization.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion.
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions on Snowflake.
• Develop data processing frameworks and automation scripts using Python.
• Create and maintain data models, transformations, and workflows.
• Optimize Snowflake performance including query tuning and warehouse management.
• Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
