Qualifications

• Deep CMDB configuration and CSDM principles.
• Strong ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Legal, Facilities, Procurement, SPM, CMDB, and ESC Portal.
• Architect end-to-end apps, automated workflows, and catalog items using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal widgets.
• Lead technical changes from ServiceNow releases with ATF-based testing and regression validation.
• Build integrations with AD, Workday, Okta, and custom APIs using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Collaborate with analysts and delivery managers to translate requirements into technical design; guide junior developers.
• Optimize performance, triage issues, manage data loads, and deliver reports/dashboards for KPIs.

Lead ServiceNow Developer1

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead technical execution across core ITSM, Enterprise Service Management (HR, Legal, Facilities, Procurement), and custom application development. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, delivery managers, and enterprise administrators to design, architect, and deliver high-quality technical solutions within an Agile/Sprint framework.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Solution Architecture & Application Development
  • Design, develop, and customize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Legal Service, Facilities Service, Procurement Service, SPM, CMDB, and the Employee Service Center (ESC) Portal.
  • Architect end-to-end custom applications, automated workflows, and Catalog Items using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal widgets.
  • Lead implementation of technical changes derived from ServiceNow family release upgrades, ensuring progression and regression testing via Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• 2. Advanced Scripting, Integration & Automation
  • Author and maintain complex server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize robust integrations with third-party systems (Active Directory, Workday, Okta, and custom APIs) using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Contribute directly to monthly story point velocity commitments (500 SP/hrs monthly team capacity) while adhering to strict Sprint SLAs.
  • Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to mid-level ServiceNow developers.
• 4. Performance Optimization, Escalations & L3 Support
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and database query optimization to ensure application responsiveness.
  • Triage critical bugs, resolve erratic system behaviors, manage data loads, and oversee user administration/security access patterns.
  • Build custom Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track KPIs across operational workflows.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6-8+ years of hands-on technical experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise or managed service environment.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or SPM (a strong plus)
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), JSON, and XML.
  • Deep experience with CMDB configuration, Data Models, and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) principles.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and managed services SLA models
