Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

You will design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and ensure platform stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to agile practices. CSA certification is desirable.

• Proficient in Service Portal development and customization.

• Strong client and server-side scripting (JavaScript).

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS. This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability. A strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role.

What You'll Do

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Align developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements
• Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
• Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements

Who You Are

• A ServiceNow professional with at least 5 years of experience in development and administration
• Proficient in-service Portal development and customisation
• Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins
• Skilled in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
• Familiar with SCDL workflows and agile methodologies
• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Effective communicator with experience in team leadership
• Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal
