Rackspace Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Investment Engineering team in Mumbai. You will apply 8+ years of software development experience to build frontend and backend components, APIs, and integrations for front-office investment platforms.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop and deploy scalable solutions that meet business needs and operate reliably in production environments.

Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join the Investment Engineering team supporting front-office investment platforms.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Full-stack development experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects from design through deployment and production support.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
• Experience with Azure and Snowflake (or similar cloud/data platforms).
• Exposure to AI-powered or agentic application development.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or multi-vendor environments.
