Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and five years applied experience.
• Around 8 years of proven experience in full-stack software development using Java and Spring Boot in AWS/cloud environments.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience building maintainable UI test suites with modern frameworks such as Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.
• Proven record of providing end‑user support with excellent problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and automated testing frameworks across design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with internal network security product teams to deliver solutions that enhance the firm’s security risk posture.
