Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Solutions Architect with over 10 years of SAP implementation, integration, and solution architecture experience to join our dynamic IT team. This role will serve as a strategic partner and technical expert in designing and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business goals and drive digital transformation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and integrated SAP solutions across various modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, SuccessFactors).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into SAP architectural blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and governance across SAP landscapes and integrations with third-party applications.
• Define and oversee SAP system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks (e.g., SAP PI/PO, BTP, API management).
• Manage and optimize SAP infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Support vendor management, RFP processes, and partner relationships in the SAP ecosystem.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and implementation projects, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Stay current with SAP roadmap, industry trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, RPA in SAP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience with progressive responsibilities in solution architecture, project leadership, and system design.
• Proven expertise in multiple SAP modules, including a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
• Extensive experience in SAP integration techniques, including IDocs, BAPIs, OData, and middleware tools.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and digital transformation strategies.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SAP projects or programs, preferably in a global enterprise setting.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect) are a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Fiori, and Analytics Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and SAP GRC.
