Glean is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer – Revenue Systems to provide hands‑on technical leadership for our Salesforce platform and revenue systems. You will own the technical design, development, integration, scalability, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and other critical business processes.
This is a hands‑on engineering leadership role where you will continue to design and build solutions while also establishing engineering standards, leading technical decisions, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and improving the overall Salesforce development practice.
This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Bengaluru office)
