Job summary

Cube Asia is seeking a seasoned QA lead to guide quality assurance across regulatory tech products. You will define QA strategy, mentor the team, and collaborate with data governance and engineering across India and Sri Lanka.

You will ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, drive automation, and maintain high QA standards in a fast-paced, global environment. 5–6 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of QA experience and leadership of QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies.
• Mentor QA team members and enforce QA standards.
• Coordinate with data governance for automated data quality checks.
• Develop and report QA metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks to address data inconsistencies.
• Work closely with wider teams in Sri Lanka and India.

Responsibilities

• Achieve QA accuracy targets of 95–98%+.
• Complete assigned QA reviews within SLAs.
• Identify recurring quality issues and propose improvements.
• Learn and apply CUBE's QA processes and data standards.
• Support automation by identifying repetitive validation tasks.
• Improve QA documentation and checklists.
• Collaborate with Data Quality teams.
• Coordinate with data governance for automated checks.

• Demonstrate strong collaboration across multiple Data Quality teams.

• 5-6 years of experience and lead the planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives to meet project and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
• Establish and enforce QA standards and processes to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring timely task delivery and high‑quality outputs.
• Coordinate with data governance teams to implement automated data quality checks.
• Develop and report key QA metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks to address potential data inconsistencies and compliance issues.
• Work closely with wider teams in Sri Lanka and India.
