We are looking for a Lead Product Experience Designer (UX) to shape how users experience our digital products from first interaction to long-term engagement. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, research, and execution—owning experience direction while staying deeply hands‑on with design.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, UI designers, and clients to uncover real user problems, define experience frameworks, and deliver elegant, scalable solutions. Along the way, you’ll help elevate design quality across teams by mentoring designers and strengthening UX practices.

What You’ll Do
Experience Strategy & Design Leadership
  • Own UX direction across complex web and digital product initiatives.
  • Translate user insights and business goals into clear experience principles and design strategies.
  • Drive discovery phases to define problem statements, success metrics, and experience hypotheses.
User Research & Insight Generation
  • Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, usability tests, and concept validation.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout product and delivery cycles.
Design Execution & Craft
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes that balance usability and scalability.
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and clarity across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high‑quality implementation.
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews with clients and internal teams.
  • Present design concepts confidently, backed by research and rationale.
  • Align cross‑functional teams around shared experience goals.
Team Enablement & Process Building
  • Mentor junior and mid‑level designers through feedback and hands‑on guidance.
  • Contribute to design standards, UX frameworks, and repeatable best practices.
  • Help evolve design processes to support scale and efficiency.
What Will Make You Successful
  • 5–8+ years of experience designing digital products or platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX thinking and strategic impact.
  • Deep expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability heuristics.
  • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and client teams.
  • Clear communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, or large‑scale digital platforms.
  • Hands‑on exposure to design systems and scalable UX patterns.
  • Understanding of front‑end constraints and agile delivery workflows.
