Qualifications

• Experience with 3GPP radio technologies and standards.
• Strong communication, relationships, and business judgement.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications inhouse and with external patent attorneys.
• Prosecute patent applications globally.
• Evaluate filed patent applications and review claim charts.
• Review claim charts and map claims to standards.

In this role, you will draft and prosecute GF’s invaluable patent applications in the field of 3GPP technologies together with seasoned external and/or internal patent attorneys globally. You will be in the forefront of protecting inventions contributed to 5G and 6G standard development with IP and collaborating with top researchers in the telecom industry. With your expertise in patent law and patent practice, you will contribute to building a world-leading, monetizable, patent portfolio in cellular standards area.
