You’ll design and ship production software, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD, cloud, and AI tooling adoption. Hybrid work model with global collaboration is offered.

This is a 50/50 hands-on leadership role , combining software development withpeopleleadership.You’llspend half your time writing and shipping production code, and half leading engineering teams, driving technical direction, growing talent, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

AI-First Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience using AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin or similar) across coding, testing, code reviews,documentationand troubleshooting.

• Able to effectivelyleverageand evaluate AI-generated output, while driving AI adoption and best practices within engineering teams.

Technical Expertise

• Proventrack recorddelivering production software in a commercial environment.

• Strong full-stack engineering experience across backend, frontend, mobile and cloud technologies.

• Solid understanding of clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, APIs, relational databases, and modern software architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms,containerisation(Docker/Kubernetes)and architectural decision-making.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Experience leading and developing software engineering teams.

• Strongpeoplemanagement,coachingand performance management skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Experience leading Agile delivery processes, incidentmanagementand cross-functional collaboration within distributed teams.
