Job summary

AeroShul Technologies in Gurgaon seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer to own the design, analysis, and execution of complex pneumatic systems and deployable mechanical assemblies for high-performance platforms. You will bridge heavy-duty kinematics with high-pressure fluid dynamics to deliver field-ready infrastructure.

The role requires 2–6 years in mechanical design or R&D, a M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a top institute, and hands-on prototyping experience.

Qualifications

• M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a Tier-1 institute mandatory.
• 2–6 years in mechanical design or R&D; proven capability for design & development of mechanical assemblies.
• Proven experience in pneumatics: high-pressure line routing, valves, regulators, cylinders, sealing.
• Expert-level mastery of 3D CAD; SolidWorks, ANSYS Fluent, MATLAB.
• Strong prototyping capability via 3D printing or small-batch fabrication.
• Ability to source components and coordinate with manufacturers.
• This is a Builder role; hands-on prototyping and testing required.
• Portfolio (PDF/Link) of CAD assemblies and hardware required.

The Role

As a Lead Pneumatic Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the design, analysis, and execution of complex pneumatic systems and mechanical design for high-performance platforms. You will bridge the gap between heavy-duty structural kinematics and high-pressure fluid dynamics to deliver field-deployable infrastructure. This role will primarily involve development of deployable mechanical assemblies.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering(Mandatory), from a Tier-1 Institute(Preferrable) (IITs, BITS, NITs, or global top 100).
• Experience: 2–6 years of professional experience in mechanical system design or R&D environments. You must have proven capability for design & development of mechanical assemblies.
• Expertise: Proven experience in engineering of Pneumatic Systems (including high-pressure line routing, valving, regulators, cylinders, and sealing mechanics).
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of 3D CAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS Fluent, MATLAB.
• Rapid Prototyping: Strong capability to get prototype components ready in fast timeframes - whether through 3D printing or small batch fabrication to translate CAD designs into physical, functional hardware.
• Technical Sourcing: Identify supply chain vendors, source components, and closely coordinate with manufacturing partners.
• This is a "Builder" Requirement and not for Analysts: You must have physically proto-typed, built, and hands-on tested a mechanical system yourself.
• Application Requirement: Attach a Portfolio (PDF/Link) showing screenshots of CAD assemblies and physical hardware you have designed to help us shortlist good Engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing Knowledge: Experience working with high-strength alloys, custom machining, pressure-vessel safety compliance, and generating GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) manufacturing drawings.
