Job Overview

You will be part of the Mechanical Validation team in Bangalore, responsible for complete vehicle, product (ePack, ePump, ePort, and BMS) and integration testing with a special focus on mechanical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis at the vehicle and component level
• Analyzing the CAN data and other data collected on Exponent products during validation and customer usage
• Develop analysis methods to make sense of voluminous data
• Create accelerated test cycles based on actual customer usage in the field
• Make dashboards and develop metrics that help decode customer usage
• Drive root‑cause analysis of issues identified during validation
• Simulate field failure modes that were missed in validation

Qualifications

• Experience in instrumentation and data analysis is a must
