Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking a senior security professional to lead secure software initiatives within the BPO service line. The role emphasizes building and refining incident response playbooks, policy development, and integrating security into the development lifecycle.

You will apply ethical hacking principles, CIA design, and secure SDLC practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to uphold industry standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in building secure software solutions with focus on security tooling.
• Proven experience in incident response playbooks and security policy development.
• Hands-on software development and secure lifecycle integration.
• Strong expertise in Ethical Hacking, CIA principles, and secure design.

• Hands‑on experience in software development and software engineering is mandatory, with the ability to integrate security seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in Ethical Hacking principles, including Black Box testing, CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) design principles, Application Security, and Secure SDLC practices.
