Job Purpose: Lead - Landside will assist in developing the plan and support the execution of transport infrastructure plans for airports. This position involves performing traffic pattern analyses, evaluating the effectiveness of transport systems, and supporting transport infrastructure projects. The role also includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, regulatory compliance is maintained, and opportunities for process improvements are identified.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration activities for Landside packages.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Maintain documentation of contracts, correspondences and approvals.
• Process contract amendments and variation orders.
• Review contractor bills, RA bills and final accounts.
• Verify quantities, rates and contractual entitlements.
• Track budget consumption and financial commitments.
• Support cost forecasting and cashflow planning.
• Evaluate variation proposals and contractual impacts.
• Support assessment of EOT and commercial claims.
• Maintain records for dispute avoidance and claim management.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors on claim resolutions.
• Coordinate with Construction, Planning, Design, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Support timely decisions on contractual matters.
• Prepare commercial and contract administration MIS reports.
• Monitor variations, claims, billing and payment status.
• Ensure compliance with company governance requirements.
• Assist in audits and management reviews.
• Support the Head – Contract Administrator and Asset Infra Head in strategic decision-making by providing detailed contract analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in terminal buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitality, commercial developments or airport infrastructure preferred.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or contract management is preferred.
• 10 to 14 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on terminal building projects.

Domain Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices of infra structure projects, preferred for airport project domain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Expertise in handling contracts related to construction of terminal building.

Digital & Operational Tools

• Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
• Proficient in advanced MS excel, Power BI and relevant tools.

Leadership Capabilities

• Drive collaboration across departments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
