Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional experience delivering full-stack Java/React solutions.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux and React Router.
• Backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB; able to optimize SQL statements.
• Git workflows and Agile delivery practices.

• Deliver end-to-end web solutions by building React-based user interfaces and Java-powered backend components
• Partner with product owners, UX specialists, and engineering team members to convert business objectives into detailed implementation requirements
• Create REST-based service endpoints and connect the platform with external tools to extend available functionality
• Enhance system responsiveness and growth capacity to deliver a reliable and efficient customer experience
• Review team members’ code changes and offer practical recommendations that promote engineering excellence
• Analyze software incidents, identify their underlying causes, and implement timely resolutions
• Keep abreast of evolving technical tools and development approaches to help refine team processes

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years and up to 12 years of professional experience creating full-stack products with Java and React
• Demonstrated ability to build modern client-side applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, and React Router
• Extensive experience developing server-side functionality in Java, including use of Spring Boot or Java EE frameworks
• Capability to work with data platforms such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB while producing optimized SQL statements
• Understanding of collaborative source management through Git and iterative delivery practices within Agile teams
• Strong analytical thinking and an effective team-oriented approach to addressing technical challenges
