Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Lead Java BackEnd Engineer for AI Platforms in Hyderabad. Hybrid work at DLF Cybercity 12B. Role focuses on designing, building, deploying scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot, with AI/ML model integration and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.

Requirements include 9–15 years of backend work, 3+ years in technical leadership, strong microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and RESTful API design. Preference for cloud and AI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 9-15 years of backend experience with strong Java
• 3+ years in a leadership/lead developer role delivering complex projects.

Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and ready for future growth.* **AI Integration:** Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to seamlessly integrate and deploy AI/ML models into our production environment.
