Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a Hands-on Technical Lead to guide a small development team and drive full-stack enterprise applications. You will shape architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based solutions, work across backend, frontend, database, API layers, and build REST APIs. The ideal candidate has strong Java EE backend expertise and experience leading teams in regulated or manufacturing-focused

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Java experience in enterprise/full-stack roles.
• Experience mentoring, code reviews, and technical ownership.
• Strong front-end with jQuery, Bootstrap and DataTables.
• Experience delivering RESTful services and database integration.
