We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Development to lead and manage high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and experience handling both local and remote teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage local and remote development teams
• Foster collaboration, engagement, and productivity
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Project Oversight

• Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders on scope, timelines, and objectives
• Track progress and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery

Technical Leadership

• Create and review Technical & Functional Design Requirement documents
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality and optimize performance

Communication

• Enable effective 360-degree communication across teams and stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams

Process Improvement

• Implement and enhance development best practices
• Promote Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Scrum Master certification is a plus
