Job summary

Canvendor is seeking an experienced Java Lead to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The role requires 8+ years in backend Java, plus hands-on React.js/Next.js experience and leadership abilities.

You will guide cross-functional teams, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure API integration quality. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and CI/CD tooling with cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure) and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web apps with strong Java backend expertise.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js and modern frontend practices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and full-stack collaboration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD tooling; cloud familiarity is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java backend development along with modern frontend technologies like React.js or Next.js. The role involves leading development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
