Job summary

DIGITAL HARBOR, Inc. is seeking a Java Lead Developer to guide enterprise software projects from design through delivery.

You will lead core Java/J2EE development, Spring Boot, Angular front-ends, and microservices, while shaping architecture and coding standards across multi-site teams. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of MongoDB, SQL, design patterns, and SDLC processes, with a proven track record in agile environments and enterprise product development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices.
• Good Knowledge of MongoDB, SQL.
• Good Knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Strong understanding of SDLC process.
• Experience in Enterprise Software Product development is added advantage.
• Good Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Passion to work for small and high growth Organizations.

• Follow other product development quality practices in the company.
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and platform issues.
• Managing to the team to do work friendly.
