Responsibilities
- Define enterprise integration architecture and standards for Salesforce ITSM.

- Lead integration discovery, assessment, and technical design workshops.
- Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns.
- Establish API governance, security, and operational standards.
- Lead integrations supporting Incident, Service, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization across enterprise platforms.
- Lead design and implementation of REST/SOAP APIs, event-based and real-time integrations.
- Oversee middleware solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Azure services.
- Mentor developers, conduct architecture/code reviews, and drive delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Developer to lead enterprise integration initiatives supporting Salesforce ITSM transformation programs. This role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, leading development teams, establishing integration standards, and ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce ITSM solutions with ERP systems, HR platforms, monitoring tools, identity management systems, CMDBs, asset management platforms, and other business-critical applications.
