Job summary

UST India is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our security practice. Location: Any UST India location with immediate joiners preferred. Candidates should have 7+ years of hands-on SAP security, GRC, and S/4HANA expertise.

You will design roles, manage authorizations, and contribute to audits and SOX controls. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP Security & GRC experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, MSMP Workflow, and BRF+.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA Security including Role Design, Authorizations, SU24/SU25, and User Administration.

Must Have

• 7+ years of SAP Security & GRC experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, SoD Analysis, Mitigation Controls, MSMP Workflow, and BRF+.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA Security including Role Design, Authorizations, SU24/SU25, and User Administration.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Security/GRC Implementation.
• Experience in Security Audits, Compliance, and SOX Controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in SAP BW, HANA, BOBJ, HR/HCM, BPC, or SuccessFactors Security.
• SAP Security/GRC Certification.
• Experience in Upgrade, Rollout, and Security Assessment projects.
• Exposure to ECATT, ALE/IDOC, and automation tools.
• Team handling or lead experience.
