Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and deployment activities. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD, GitHub, and CI/CD, along with experience deploying .NET and React applications.

The role demands 8–10+ years in DevOps, leadership capabilities, and a focus on secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD, GitHub CI/CD workflows.
• Experience deploying .NET and React applications in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, secure Azure infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Manage containerized apps with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and Argo CD.
• Implement monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Support .NET and React application infrastructure and deployments.
• Ensure Azure Disaster Recovery, security, scalability, and high availability.
• Advance DevSecOps, automation, and GitOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management.
• Lead, mentor, and guide DevOps engineers.

• Design and manage scalable, secure Azure infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and Argo CD.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Support .NET and React application infrastructure and deployments.

• Drive DevSecOps, automation, and GitOps practices.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of networking, security, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure PaaS services such as AKS, App Services, Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, and Storage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and Agile/Scrum skills.

Education

BE/BTech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent experience.

Preferred Certifications

Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
