Role Overview

The GenAI Consultant will lead digital and content transformation initiatives leveraging Generative AI technologies. This role is highly client-facing and consultative, requiring strong business acumen, communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable commercial outcomes.

You will work across pharma marketing, medical, brand, and content teams to modernize workflows including modular content creation, omnichannel personalization, AI-assisted value chain transformation, AI video generation, automated asset assembly, and much more.

This is not just a technical role — it is a consulting-driven transformation role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management (Critical)

• Act as a trusted GenAI advisor to senior marketing and digital leaders.
• Present complex AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
• Lead steering committee discussions and executive readouts.
• Build strong client relationships and influence decision‑making.
• Drive alignment across marketing, IT, compliance, and agency teams.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

This role demands exceptional communication skills and executive presence.

Digital & Content Transformation Consulting

• Identify and structure high-value GenAI use cases across commercial, marketing, medical, and content operations.
• Lead discovery workshops and executive discussions to define AI transformation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and capability maturity assessments.
• Design operating models for AI-enabled content supply chains.
• Translate digital transformation objectives into scalable GenAI solution frameworks.

Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead pilot design and scale‑up initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams across technology, content, and data.
• Develop transformation playbooks, governance models, SOPs, and capability frameworks.
• Define KPIs to measure AI-driven efficiency, speed, and quality improvements.
• Drive change management and adoption enablement.

GenAI Tools & Solution Design (Optional, but good to have)

Hands‑on exposure and advisory capability across tools such as:

• Image & Creative AI: Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly
• RAG & Knowledge Systems: LangChain-based frameworks, vector databases

Responsibilities include:

• Designing prompt frameworks and reusable AI modules.
• Building structured prompt libraries for AI-based content generation.
• Designing AI‑driven content workflows (from source to derivative assets).
• Implementing AI video generation for training, sales enablement, brand communication.
• Ensuring governance, compliance, and responsible AI deployment in pharma.

GenAI Video & Multimedia Capabilities (Optional, but good to have)

• Advise clients on AI‑driven video generation for HCP engagement, internal training, product explainers, and personalized content.
• Design AI‑powered avatar videos, voiceovers, subtitles, and localization workflows.
• Build scalable frameworks for rapid video content production using AI.

Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)

• 3+ years of experience in GenAI, digital consulting, content transformation, or AI‑led marketing initiatives.
• Pharma or healthcare background preferred.
• Experience in content operations, omnichannel strategy, or marketing transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or digital/AI certification preferred.
• Strong consulting mindset with structured problem‑solving ability.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI applications in digital and content ecosystems.
