Job summary

Fujitsu Limited is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay Lead to guide the design and deployment of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification within a global Greenfield S/4HANA program.

The role requires leading workshops, managing cross-functional teams, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support across multiple Indian locations including Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive SAP S/4HANA Best Practices adoption.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay design and configuration.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification.
• Harmonize business processes and drive global template development.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing, QM, EWM, and external systems.
• Define requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead procurement approvals using SAP Flexible Workflow.
• Support Fiori-enabled processes and user experience requirements.
• Manage STP data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, cutover.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, and production testing.
• Prepare design docs, functional specs, configs, process flows, and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (STP) Lead to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification processes as part of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation program. The STP Lead will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, integration teams, finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes.
• Lead business process harmonization and global template development.
• Manage cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing & QM, EWM, and external systems.
• Define and review functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead procurement approval processes utilizing SAP Flexible Workflow.
• Support Fiori-enabled business processes and user experience requirements.
