Job summary

Accellor is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end design of production-grade AI-enabled applications. You will own frontend and backend architectures, mentor teams, and guide cloud and AI orchestration initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development, 5+ years as a full-stack engineer, and 2+ years building agentic AI or multi-agent systems. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment with modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer.
• 2+ years building Agentic AI or multi-agent applications.
• Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with BFF design patterns and API gateway configurations.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong system design and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
• Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MAF, or similar.
• Build AI-native applications combining agentic workflows, traditional ML, and rules-based systems.
• Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and micro-frontend SPA architectures.
• Build backend services using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin), GraphQL, tRPC, and REST APIs.
• Design Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers optimized for AI-powered user experiences.
• Architect integrations between frontend, backend, AI services, and enterprise systems.
• Lead system design discussions and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Drive best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

Role Overview
