Job summary

Accellor, Hyderabad-based AI-native services firm, seeks a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, implement, and mentor across frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure. You will drive agentic AI projects and help scale production-grade systems.

You will mentor teams, shape technical roadmaps, and ensure best practices in security, performance, and reliability while delivering impactful AI-powered solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• 2+ years building Agentic AI or multi-agent applications.
• Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Experience with BFF design patterns and API gateway configurations.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong system design and communication skills

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer who is a strong Full Stack Engineer at core and has spent the last 2+ years building production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design complex systems end-to-end—spanning frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure—and mentor teams in building AI-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
