Job description

Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is an AI‑powered marketing cloud that unifies identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation into a single platform. Our enterprise clients use the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) to personalize experiences at the individual level across every channel.

The App Framework team is building an Agentic App Builder platform on top of ZMP, enabling teams to develop, deploy, and operationalize applications that integrate with ZMP’s core capabilities—identity, intelligence, activation, and measurement. The platform will embed AI and agentic workflows into the development experience.

What you’ll Do

• Design and build the Agentic App Builder platform—services, APIs, and developer tools that enable teams to create, deploy, and manage applications on top of ZMP fast and at scale.
• Build intuitive frontend experiences in React/TypeScript that make the platform accessible and productive for application builders.
• Ship continuously and confidently through CI/CD, incorporating observability, resilience, and reliability from the start.
• Embed AI/LLM capabilities into the platform to enable agentic application development and intelligent automation.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools as a core part of the workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with teams across Zeta to gather requirements, align on integration patterns, and ensure the platform meets real‑world application needs.
• Mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and help establish engineering practices and standards for the platform.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of software engineering with a track record of building and operating platform‑level systems. Proficiency in at least two of Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js, and solid React/TypeScript skills on the frontend. Experience with AWS services, multi‑tenant compliant environments, continuous delivery, test‑driven development, and agile practices. Active use of AI‑assisted coding tools and enthusiasm for building platforms that leverage agentic workflows.

Strong communication, cross‑team collaboration, and ability to translate product owner goals into architecture and alignment are essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic developer platforms, internal tooling, or app builder/low‑code systems.
• MarTech or AdTech domain knowledge (DSPs, bid stream processing, data‑intensive platforms).
• Familiarity with MySQL, Snowflake, Aerospike, DynamoDB, or ScyllaDB.
