Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an F&A Operations Lead to head an end-to-end F&A outsourcing practice. You will lead a team of 300 across more than 50 clients, delivering Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Payroll, Travel and Expense, Controllership and Audit Support.

You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance and strong stakeholder management, and shape delivery strategy in Mumbai's financial services sector with a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Manage a team of ~300 across 50+ clients.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies; ensure governance and quality.
