Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive MERN-based microservices and scalable front-end solutions in Bengaluru.

You will architect backend services with NodeJS/Express/NestJS, build reactive UIs with React and TypeScript, and integrate MongoDB and Oracle RDBMS in distributed systems. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on MERN experience, strong Docker expertise, and a track record of delivering high-performance applications with automated testing (Jest).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on MERN full-stack development with microservices exposure.
• Experience with NodeJS, Express JS, NestJS, React, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Oracle RDBMS.
• Docker-based containerization and Jest-based testing.
• CI/CD practices and cloud experience (AWS/Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities
