Job summary

Sopra Steria in Noida is seeking a Technical Lead to own Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and React projects. You will guide architecture, design and delivery with 8–14 years of experience and a strong Java/J2EE background.

Collaborate across teams, drive performance and quality, implement DevOps practices, and ensure robust, scalable solutions in a dynamic European tech group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Java J2EE.
• Strong Spring Boot and SOLID principles knowledge.
• At least 4 years of ReactJS experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift familiarity.
• DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the development plan and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Design, build, test and maintain features with high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Improve performance, quality and uptime by solving bottlenecks or bugs; ensure code quality.
• Create/update technical documentation and embed agile development practices in daily work.

Technical Lead – Java, Spring Boot and React
Experience: 8 to 14 years
Location: Noida
Education: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA

Job Responsibilities

• Define the development plan and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Design, build, test and maintain the new and existing features with high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Focus on achieving the best possible performance, quality, and uptime of the application by:
  • Identifying and solving bottlenecks or bugs.
  • Ensuring code with high quality, readability, and structure.
  • Implementing smart automation (when relevant).
  • Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure service continuity.
  • You embed agile and development best practices in your daily work.

Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in below skill

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 9 years of experience in Java J2EE
• Strong experienc in Spring Boot, SOLID Principles
• At least 4 years of experience in ReactJS
• Strong experience in JavaScript,
