Job summary

Insemitech seeks a Lead Engineer – Embedded Software/Firmware in Bangalore to provide technical leadership for a scrum team dedicated to optical firmware features and sustaining work. You will own design decisions, mentor engineers and resolve complex technical issues.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in embedded software with strong C++ expertise, RTOS/embedded Linux, and device driver knowledge. Prior experience with Git, JIRA and Python scripting is valued.
