Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Lead Engineer – Civil & Structural in Gurugram, India, for AIS/GIS substations and HVDC projects. The role covers design and execution of RCC and structural steel, with coordination across disciplines to deliver robust engineering from concept to construction support.

The candidate should have 12–15 years of experience, be proficient in STAAD.Pro and ETABS, and possess strong client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in the design and execution of AIS/GIS Substations, HVDC projects, and substation buildings.
• Proficient in structural analysis, foundation design, control/GIS buildings, equipment support structures, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in EPC power transmission projects and familiarity with IS/International codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering deliverables from concept to construction support.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage design reviews.
• Maintain client-facing communication and leadership throughout project lifecycle.
