Job Responsibilities

The Lead CAE Analyst is responsible for performing advanced crashworthiness and NVH simulations for automotive seating systems using LS-DYNA and OptiStruct. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with global safety regulations, supporting product development through simulation-driven design optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and validated seating solutions.processes and designs.
