Job summary

Quest is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer proficient in C#, WPF, and .NET to lead a team of developers in Bengaluru. You will design and deliver robust software solutions and contribute to the technical strategy.

You will mentor engineers, participate in architectural discussions, review code, and ensure best practices while collaborating with product and design teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in .Net Framework 4.7 or later, .Net 6 or later with a focus on C#, WPF.
• Experience in MVVM Pattern.
• Experience in Data base technologies.
• Good knowledge in advanced C# features, Multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and SOLID principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
