FULL STACK TECH LEAD:

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of full stack developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Full Stack Development: Hands-on development using technologies like jQuery, Angular, React/React Native (Mandatory), Vue.js, Node.js, and .NET/C# (Mandatory). Design and implement scalable, maintainable code. Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time. Work closely with project managers to define scope and requirements.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and enforce best practices. Implement coding standards and development processes.
• Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant professional and hands-on software development experience.
• Proven expertise in full stack development with jQuery, Angular, React/React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, and .NET/C#.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, including 2-tier/3-tier systems.
• Experience with database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure (Preferred), or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
