About Qube Cinema

Qube Cinema is India's leading cinema technology company, powering digital cinema distribution, content localisation, and advanced analytics across thousands of screens. Our Digital Transformation team is building the infrastructure, automation, and intelligence layer that will define the next decade of cinema operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead to drive Qube Cinema's digital transformation agenda. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of automation, CRM, BI, and AI‑driven initiatives — working directly with business heads, technology partners and the executive team. This is a high‑ownership, high‑visibility role with direct impact on how Qube operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Programme Management: Own the digital transformation roadmap, prioritise, sequence and deliver initiatives end‑to‑end; define product requirements, user stories and success metrics for each workstream; manage cross‑functional delivery across tech, operations, support, finance and sales teams; present project status, risks and outcomes to senior leadership and the CEO.
• Process Engineering & Automation: Map, analyse and re‑engineer business processes for efficiency and scalability; design and implement end‑to‑end workflow automation solutions; identify manual bottlenecks and convert them into automated, auditable systems; evaluate and deploy automation platforms suited to operational needs.
• CRM Strategy & Implementation: Lead CRM implementation, configuration and go‑live across business units; define field architecture, data strategy and integration requirements; drive CRM adoption and ensure data quality across sales and ad teams.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Define BI requirements and oversee development of dashboards and reporting layers; work with data engineers on P&L, revenue attribution and operational analytics; drive data‑driven decision making from regional director dashboards to exec‑level P&L views; maintain alignment between ERP, Data Lake, CRM and reporting systems.
• AI Agents, Bots & Intelligent Workflows: Define use cases for AI bots, NLP query interfaces and intelligent automation; collaborate with AI engineers to scope, test and deploy LLM‑powered tools; oversee integrations between AI agents and business tools such as Teams, CRM and ERP; stay current with the AI landscape and identify high‑leverage opportunities for Qube.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, product management or management consulting.
• Proven track record delivering CRM, automation or BI projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms — Zoho, HubSpot, Freshworks, Salesforce or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools — Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker or equivalent.
• Familiarity with workflow automation concepts and ability to spec and review automation flows.
• Experience with bot or AI assistant implementations in a business context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity and strong ownership mindset.

Added Advantage

• Hands‑on experience with n8n, Make (Integromat) or similar automation orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Claude AI (Anthropic) or Emergent AI for business workflow use cases.
• Experience in media, entertainment, cinema or ad‑tech industries.
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and Data Lake architecture.
• Exposure to AI agent frameworks, prompt engineering or LLM API integration.

You will join an active transformation programme already in flight — cutting across the organisation leader in Digital Cinema Space. You will have direct exposure to cutting‑edge AI tooling and work closely with the Head of Digital Transformation and the CEO.
