Qualifications

• 10–17 years of professional software engineering experience with Python back-end focus.
• At least 1 year building LLM-based applications (RAG, agent systems, or prompt engineering).
• Deep Python expertise, including async frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases; familiarity with vector stores.
• Cloud & Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS; data pipelines with Airflow.
• API Design: clean, versioned RESTful APIs and solid testing practices.
• Strong communication to explain technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and optimise LLM-based pipelines for extraction, summarisation, and classification.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using LangGraph with tool orchestration and reasoning chains.
• Operate MCP/ FastMCP integration for third-party tool compatibility.

Strong understanding of Python packaging, dependency management, and best practices.* **Database Skills:** Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases.
