Job summary

MNC Group in Bengaluru seeks a Senior AI/ML professional with deep NLP, DL and LLM expertise to lead production‑grade AI initiatives. You will translate cutting-edge research into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end LLM training, fine‑tuning and optimization across ecosystems, building RAG and knowledge graphs, semantic search and vector retrieval, and deploying embedding pipelines with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 11–15+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML.
• Strong expertise in Transformers, LLMs and modern AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML and/or AWS.
• Ability to translate research papers into production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build distributed multi-GPU/multi-node training environments using NCCL, DeepSpeed, InfiniBand/RDMA.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
