Job summary

Neoware seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager for Data Engineering, Data Warehousing and Cloud Data Modernization in Chennai. You will translate business needs into data workflows and architectures, deliver GenAI capabilities and ML solutions, and drive adoption across stakeholders.

The role requires 8–12 years in Data Science/AI with 3–4 years leading ML/GenAI projects, strong Python and cloud skills, and experience in MLOps and cost modeling.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in DataScience/AI, with at least 3–4 years leading ML/GenAI solution delivery.
• Strong foundation in Python, ML/AI frameworks, cloud platforms and LLM-based architectures with vectordatabases and RAG pipelines.
• Strong understanding of BI tools, actionable insights, hypothesis testing, business recommendations.
• Proven track record of taking solutions from design → deployment → adoption.
• Experience in estimating infra requirements and cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint & Architecture: Translate business needs into logical workflows, data flows, and technical architectures.
• Solution Delivery: Build and deploy GenAI capabilities (document intelligence, semantic search, summarization, conversational Q&A) and ML solutions (forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendations, anomaly detection, explainability).
• Deployment & Ops: Implement MLOps/GenAIOps — CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, governance.
• Cost & Ownership: Prepare BOM, infra sizing, and cost of ownership models for client and internal deployments.
• Team Leadership: Mentor data scientists/engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate solutions clearly, align with client priorities, drive adoption.
