Job summary

Hiresquad in India is seeking a Staff Engineer / Lead Data Platform Engineer to shape the architecture and also code hands-on. You will own large-scale data platform initiatives, drive cloud-native designs on AWS, and lead technical direction across engineering teams.

The role demands strong experience with Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Python and Java, and a proven ability to optimize for scalability, reliability and performance in high-volume environments.
