Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, implementation, and quality review of Rates updates, providing direction and issue resolution support to team members.
• Develop and translate Rate and Forms Table updates.
• Collaborate to determine business requirements and assess system impact.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and inspections.
• Maintain and improve Rates and Forms manuals and documents.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide leadership on large/complex development and bureau projects.
• Coordinate with managers on issue resolution for projects and customer accounts.
• Conduct root cause analysis on Rates and Forms data issues and implement improvements.
• Suggest new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery meeting quality commitments.
• Analyze problems reported by customers and process corrections.
• Mentor offshore Specialists in Rates and Forms implementations.
• Plan and coordinate team activities with schedules and project plans.
• Serve as SME for training and product expertise.

Insurity’s Next Lead Data Implementation Specialist

Insurity's next Data Implementation Specialist will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable leading others, strong with customers and stakeholders, process and improvement-minded, self-directed and adaptable, and credible as a subject matter expert. This role leads complex Rates data implementation work, translating regulatory updates and business requirements into accurate, timely production outcomes. A good role for a technically strong, organized, customer-savvy individual who likes ownership, solving complex problems, and helping others succeed.

What Our Lead Data Implementation Specialist Will Do

• Lead the analysis, implementation, and quality review of complex Rates updates while providing direction, coaching, and issue resolution support to team members and stakeholders.


• Develop and translate Rate and Forms Table updates.


• Collaborate with team members to determine business requirements including analyzing circulars to determine system impact.


• Participate in business requirement walkthroughs and specification inspections.


• Maintain and improve Rates, Forms manuals/documents.


• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers.


• Provide leadership on large/complex development/bureau projects.


• Work with Line of Business Manager, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, etc. on issue resolution for project and/or the customer account issues.


• Conduct complex root cause analysis on Rates and Forms data entry issues and identify and implement work quality improvements.


• Suggest new tools or workflows to improve operational efficiency.


• Utilize effective methods and techniques to satisfy quality and timeliness commitments.


• Analyze problem requests and data entry issues reported by customers and process corrections


• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members and off-shore Rates and Forms Implementation Specialists.


• Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of team member activities by estimating scope of assignments and developing work schedules and project plans.


• Act as Rates and Forms Subject Matter Expert for training and product expertise, including formal presentations as requested.


• Work directly with internal & external customers to identify and resolve problems during testing.


• Lead or provide direction in special projects as assigned.


• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.


• Other duties as assigned
