Job summary

Xindus is seeking a Lead Data/BI Analyst to shape data-driven products for a global client base. You will guide analytics architecture, oversee data pipelines, and drive insights across stakeholders.

The role demands deep experience with data warehousing, visualization tools, and ETL platforms to enable scalable decision making. We look for a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in data engineering/analytics for B2B/B2C, strong SQL, and familiarity with cloud ecosystems

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with data analytics architectures including warehousing, distributed computing, and visualisation analytics.
• Deep Understanding of visualisation Tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Metabase.
• Working knowledge of ETL Tools like Talend, Pentaho etc; OLTP/RDBM, SQL, NoSQL, OLAP data storage knowledge and experience working with different databases, query(SQL), data interfaces, scripting, programming.
• Expertise in any one of the modern programming language (JAVA, Python etc)
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Big Data, Cloud, Open Source & Google technologies.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management. Strong SQL experience, including both DML and DDL and any ETL tools experience. Experience of schema design, including common patterns like 3NF and star schema.

• Engineering or Equivalent Bachelor’s degree preferable from top engineering colleges.
• 10+ years of experience in developing data engineering & analytical systems for B2B/B2C products/platforms.
• Expertise in Data Structure, Algorithms & System Design
• Good understanding In GCP/AWS/DevOps/SRE/On-Calls.
• Good understanding of AI/ML/Data Science Algorithms.
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Should have excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly & precisely
• Must have leadership skills & a good team player
• Must be pro-active & a self-starter
