The Digital & Data Analytics (D&D A) team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organisation leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, and analytics to improve productivity, drive Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs), and enable faster, more informed business decisions. The team is focused on delivering scalable, cost-effective digital solutions with an emphasis on speed, simplicity, and measurable business value. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital & Data Analytics, this role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of AI-driven digital initiatives. The successful candidate will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle — from ideation and intake through implementation, adoption, and value realisation — ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need advanced expertise across the following areas: Advanced AI & Emerging Technologies — Leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted tools to build intelligent, efficient solutions. Data Engineering & Discovery — Designing data architectures, building ETL pipelines, and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets. User-Centric Solutioning — Developing solutions that prioritise usability, adoption, and tangible business outcomes. Smart Communication — Translating technical complexity into clear, concise narratives for diverse stakeholders. You will be managing multiple projects in parallel, making strong time management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement skills essential to delivering consistent results.
