Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a driven Lead Analyst to deliver data-driven insights using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools. You will play a key role in analytics initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Strong experience in Advanced Excel and SQL, with hands-on data visualization using Power BI or Tableau, is required; knowledge of Python and mortgage domain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, efficient querying).

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets using Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data solutions
• Lead analysis initiatives and mentor junior team members
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance

The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, leading analytics initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders. Knowledge of Python and mortgage domain experience will be an added advantage.
